Load time will be as early as 7:30AM and take down as late at 5PM. We will email you details on where to load in and where to park a week before the show.

When checking out, please also fill out the vendor form on the front page to let us know what you plan on bringing (modern sports cards, vintage sports cards, pokemon, tcg, collectibles etc).

-The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. Vendors are advised to monitor their tables and carry insurance if needed.

Cancellation Policy:

-If you notify us up to a week before the show that you cannot make it, we will hold your tables as credit for a future show. No refunds otherwise.
