Concorde Banquets 3-Day Card Show Vendor 8FT Table 12/19-21 - Read Description Below - includes fee

Load time will be as early as 12:00 PM on Friday and 7:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday. We'll have you park in the back of the lot where you will load in. As soon as you enter, take a right and drive all the way around the building until it ends.

When checking out, please also fill out the vendor form on the front page to let us know what you plan on bringing (modern sports cards, vintage sports cards, pokemon, tcg, collectibles etc).

We have 3 ballrooms in the banquet hall. The Main Ballroom will be for mainly sports vendors and ballrooms A & B for mainly Pokemon vendors.

-The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. Vendors are advised to monitor their tables and carry insurance if needed.

Cancellation Policy:

-If you notify us up to a week before the show that you cannot make it, we will hold your tables as credit for a future show. No refunds otherwise.
